About

I sacrificed my teenage years and most of my 20’s to become a well-known Pastry Chef and Cake artist in LA.

Throughout my journey of becoming a cake artist and pastry chef, I have learned far more about myself than I ever thought possible. Enduring sleepless nights, and pushing through impossible deadlines to fulfill my client’s orders and expectations.

They don’t tell you that the journey is the most valuable part because it’s about the person you are BECOMING rather than the duties and deadlines you are completing.

It’s the story of who you are and achieving the impossible and making it possible.

Transitioning to a slow pace lifestyle was not easy but I knew that is what I wanted for myself and my health.

Becoming a yoga teacher has been one of my goals for a few years now and while I was travelling through the islands of Sicily on a yoga retreat it really made me determined to create that type of life for myself.

Without knowing how I would make it happen I booked my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Indonesia.

In the YTT program that I immersed myself in consisted of intertwining eastern and western styles of yoga.

Through that knowledge I started creating a practice that feels authentic to myself and what I have needed for grounding and release in this fast paced world.

Creating fun, non-judgemental, non-ego, creative ways to move energy through your body, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Haá¹ha yoga is a branch of yoga which uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital force or energy.
